New variety of lavender with vigorous and vibrant blooms. Top rated by the Chicago Botanic Garden. You will receive plants in 3 inch pots.

Imperial Gem is a compact, but still bushy, lavender plant. It has strong, sturdy stems. An example of a plant that is not compact would be Hidcote. With its petite and compact size, Imperial Gem would be great in a container indoor or outdoor. (Lavender plants are great air purifiers). These also look beautiful in the first or second row of a larger garden.  Size-wise, this is similar to Sweet Romance lavender.

Bees and butterflies love lavender.

Lavandula Angustifolia - English Lavender:

English lavender typically blooms earlier than Lavandula x Intermedia varieties of lavender, and it's more winter hardy (even U.P. Michigan winter hardy when uncovered).
