Annet English Lavender
A strong choice for northern borders, cutting gardens, and containers when you want a compact English lavender with sturdy stems and a long flowering season. Annet produces large violet-purple flowers on upright stems and is useful for bouquets as well as pollinator gardens.

What you receive: A young nursery-grown lavender plant, strongly rooted and approximately 4–6 inches tall at shipping. Our plants are propagated from mother plants that have successfully overwintered on our Upper Peninsula farm. Live plants naturally vary somewhat in size and appearance.
Lavender for gardeners who don't have Mediterranean winters. We grow lavender where winter drainage, snow cover, freeze-thaw cycles, airflow, and spring moisture matter. Farm winter survival is useful real-world experience, not a guarantee of survival in every garden; site drainage and local conditions remain important.

Growing Annet Lavender in Michigan and Northern Gardens
Plant in full sun with excellent drainage. Sandy, gravelly, raised, or naturally fast-draining sites are preferable to places that stay wet. In cold climates, keeping excess moisture away from the crown and roots during winter and spring thaw is especially important.
Good airflow and careful site selection also help reduce stress during periods of wet weather and repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
